The order processing time is 3 to 5 business days before the products are shipped. Our team makes every effort to dispatch your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 AM, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

You can return purchased items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A processing fee of $3 will be deducted from the order.

Fill out the tracking form below to ensure your return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be new and unused.

Products with a custom logo cannot be returned.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. The refund will be credited to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and will be processed within 10 business days after the product is received.
