We require a 30-day return period. You must return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a return.
To request a return, your item must be inspected and meet the following conditions: unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if the shipment is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
